DESCRIPTION:FISHERY ENHANCEMENT\n** GOAL** Panel 2: Balanced pond.\nThis is the best situation for good fishing of both species. \nCATCH AND RELEASE ONLY – PANFISH – ALL BASS LARGER THAN 11″ – CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY \n\nThe first goal in the management of the fish population in any water body is to\nmatch the proper predator fish with the proper forage fish.\nOnce this is accomplished\, the object is to manage the forage fish population to produce large\nnumbers of young fish on which the predators can feed. \n\nResults of the fish population survey indicate that the fish population is what would\nbe classified as out of balance.  This the same situation that has occurred the last few years. \n\nIt appears that fishermen have been harvesting the larger bass\, 11”+\, from the lake.\nThese 11″+ bass are now protected from harvest and need to remain in the lake. \n\nContinuing to harvest these larger bass will have a continued negative impact on the overall fishery.\nThe predator fish must be maintained in larger numbers to prevent the forage fish from overpopulating.

An eclectic mix of Rockin’ Blues and Classic Rock. \nhttp://www.theantietamgenerals.com/Home.html \nThe Antietam Generals are made up of an eclectic group of musicians with one major common denominator… “Rock & Roll”. Jeff Taulton was raised in Western Maryland during the late 70s under the auspices of an older brother who openly tossed acts like Jimi Hendrix\, David Bowie and Bad Company his way. Jon Kay hails from Chicago “then Florida” and has Blues with Southern Rock & Roll innately in his blood. Ragan Potts was raised in Southern Pennsylvania under the heavy influences of Jazz & Rock. JR Hann is an “80s child”. He has been a professional musician since he was 14\, emulating great guitarists from that era such as Slash & Eddie Van Halen. James Hann is a Bluegrass veteran that can play anything with strings! he’s the longtime leader of Virginia’s Brandy Stills band. Together\, this quintet gels into an electric mix of Americana\, Rockin’ Blues known as The Antietam Generals (a name coined by Jeff’s legendary high school coach Dwight Scott).

DESCRIPTION:FISHERY ENHANCEMENT\n** GOAL** Panel 2: Balanced pond.\nThis is the best situation for good fishing of both species. \nCATCH AND RELEASE ONLY – PANFISH – ALL BASS LARGER THAN 11″ – CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY \n\nThe first goal in the management of the fish population in any water body is to\nmatch the proper predator fish with the proper forage fish.\nOnce this is accomplished\, the object is to manage the forage fish population to produce large\nnumbers of young fish on which the predators can feed. \n\nResults of the fish population survey indicate that the fish population is what would\nbe classified as out of balance.  This the same situation that has occurred the last few years. \n\nIt appears that fishermen have been harvesting the larger bass\, 11”+\, from the lake.\nThese 11″+ bass are now protected from harvest and need to remain in the lake. \n\nContinuing to harvest these larger bass will have a continued negative impact on the overall fishery.\nThe predator fish must be maintained in larger numbers to prevent the forage fish from overpopulating.
