Located on the property are outdoor pavilions, a clubhouse, and a kitchen. For our members, we offer exclusive access to the lake pavilion for your next event. Fill out the application below to reserve a venue.
AVAILABILITY:
Club grounds are available from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm, subject to Director’s Approval.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A $150 security deposit is required by check in advance of the clubhouse and/or kitchen rental.
PAVILIONS:
$150 for up to 200 people. Over 200 people the Board of Directors must approve and set the fees.
CLUBHOUSE:
$300 for up to 200 people. Over 200 people the Board of Directors must approve and set the fees.
KITCHEN:
If the kitchen is requested with the clubhouse, an additional fee of $300 for use of the kitchen. Those using the kitchen must supply their own utensils, plates, etc.
Disclaimer:
If a group does not properly clean up the clubhouse and kitchens, they forfeit their security deposit and a penalty fee will be assessed by the Board of Directors.
If a group does not pay this fee, the group will be denied use of the Association’s facilities in the future.
The Greencastle Sportsman’s Association, Inc., reserves the right to refuse any request and amend any fees for special organizations. Please complete the full reservation form. Failure to do so will cause your application to be rejected.
