LAKE DIRECTIVES
1. No boats on lake opening day of Trout and Catfish Rodeo/Tournament/Events.
2. No fires on lake banks.
3. No ice skating or swimming at any time.
4. Children 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
5. No live fish of any kind may be used as bait.
6. Place all trash in proper containers. Please keep the lake area clean.
7. Daily limits will be posted at breast of lake.
8. Membership cards will be spot checked regularly.
9. Boats after the first day are allowed on the lake, powered by either paddle, oars, or electric motors.
NO GASOLINE ENGINES ALLOWED ON THE LAKE.
Electric motors are limited to 12V/55lb(max) trolling motors.
10. No taking of bull frogs on club property.
11. Members, IRS dependents and grandchildren only may fish- NO GUESTS!
12. Fish that are registered for the annual fish award cannot be from other Sportsmen’s Clubs Lakes.
All fish must come from public waters or our own Association’s Lake.
The Association gives awards for deer, bear, turkey, and fish at its General Membership meeting in January each year. Information on the types of awards given and how you can enter your trophy can be obtained by contacting the committee chairman or any member of his committee. Fish for award consideration can be submitted HERE.
Old timers, young bucks, whipper snappers and country bumpkins alike are welcome to come be a part of the GSA community.
